To maximize your total Spa experience, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to check in, change into your robe and enjoy the relaxation lounge. Should you arrive late, your treatment will still end at its scheduled time as a courtesy to the next guest.
To avoid a cancellation fee of the full service price, cancellations and changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours prior to your Spa visit. If proper advance notice is not provided, the credit card or gift card used to hold the appointment will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the amount of the scheduled service.
A robe, slippers and locker are provided for use during your spa visit. It is customary to disrobe entirely, although this is completely your choice. Our therapists are trained to discretely drape a sheet over your body, only exposing the appropriate area being treated.
To ensure you receive the utmost from your Spa 211 experience, we encourage you to communicate with your service provider regarding room temperature, treatment pressure and technique. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions or any other health considerations that would affect your choice of services or use of our facilities, please notify the front desk at the time of booking your appointment to allow us to personalize your Spa experience. As an added precaution, it’s best to also inform our staff upon your arrival.
We aim to provide exceptional service at Spa 211. Gratuities are graciously appreciated. Gratuities for spa services are typically 15% – 20% or higher, based on your satisfaction. Gratuity envelopes available at front desk.
